| On a encore une belle journée devant nous. Nous allons à Watson Lake, Yukon. On doit s’arrêter souvent aujourd’hui. On a vu 5 ours noirs à différentes places, une maman grizzly et avec ses deux petits, quelques bisons seuls et 2 gros troupeaux de bisons qui marchaient sur le bord de la route. WOW!! C’est impressionnant. Ils sont gros. Arrivé à Watson Lake, on se rend au centre touristique, on visite le centre Northern Lights. Là on regarde une présentation d’une heure au sujet de l’Univers et des aurores boréales. On visite aussi le « Sign Post Forest ». C’est un endroit où les gens laissent un écriteau avec le nom de leur ville et le nombre de kms. C’est gros. Ronald fait une affiche de LaPasse avec 5001 kms et ensuite on la pose dans le jardin avec les autres. Nous avons voyage 213 km aujourd’hui. | We still have a great weather day ahead. We go to Watson Lake, Yukon. We have to stop often today. We saw five black bears at different places, a grizzly mother and her two small grizzly, only a few bison and 2 large herds of bison walking on the edge of the road. WOW !! It's impressive. They are large animals. Arriving in Watson Lake, we went to the tourist centre, we visit the Northern Lights Centre. Here we look at a one-hour presentation about the Universe and the Northern Lights. We also visit the "Sign Post Forest". It is a place where people leave a sign with the name of their city and the number of kilometres. It's big. We made a poster sign with Lapasse 5001 km and then lying in the garden of signs with the other. We travel 213 km today. |
