| Il fait encore beau et chaud aujourd’hui. On part pour le Stampede dans un petit autobus à partir du camping. Le Stampede est très très grand. Dans l’après midi, on va voir le rodéo : des cowboys et des cowgirls qui attrapent un veau avec un lasso et lui attachent les pattes, qui essaient de rester sur un cheval ou un taureau, ou qui essaient de descendre un petit veau. Le plus « cute » c’est quand trois enfants essaient de monter sur un poney qui ne veut pas. C’était amusant et on avait des très bons sièges. Pendant le souper, on est allé en téléphérique. En soirée, on avait encore d’autres bons billets pour voir des courses de chuckwagons et un très beau concert de musique et de spectacles, de chanteurs, de danseurs, des acrobates, avec beaucoup de jeux de lumières. Pour fêter le 100e anniversaire, il y avait un gros gâteau soufflé et beaucoup de feu d’artifices. Le grand chanteur était Paul Bryant. Ronald a pris près de 900 photos. On s’est très bien amusé mais on était bien fatigué quand on est retourné au camping. | It's still nice and warm today. We leave for the Stampede in a small bus from the campsite. The Stampede is very large. The most "cute" is when three children try to ride a pony that will not let them. It was fun and we had very good seats. During supper, we went by cable car to visit the ground . In the evening, we also had good tickets for racing of the chuck-wagons and a beautiful concert of music and shows, singers, dancers, acrobats, with lots of lighting effects. To celebrate the 100th anniversary, there was a big cake and lots of fireworks. The singer was Paul Bryant. We took almost 900 pictures. It was a lot of fun but we were very tired when we returned to the campsite. |
